November 19, 2024 – AIS Global (ASIG), a designer and manufacturer of human-machine interface (HMI) solutions for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide, and HaptX Inc., a provider of wearable haptic technology that enables interaction in virtual reality (VR), spatial computing, and humanoid robotics, have recently announced an extension of their partnership which brings the HaptX Gloves product line exclusively to AISG.
According to the companies, the new arrangement will see HaptX grant to AISG an exclusive worldwide license to manufacture, distribute, and sell HaptX Gloves G1 including Gloves, Airpacks, and other HaptX accessories. As part of the arrangement, key HaptX staff, including HaptX founder Jake Rubin, will join AISG to support the continued development and commercialization of G1.

Effective immediately, HaptX customers will work with AISG to place new orders for HaptX Gloves G1 and receive product support.
