September 13, 2019 – Marlabs, Inc., a digital innovation firm that specializes in providing 360-degree digital transformation frameworks, has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Glimpse Group, Inc. (Glimpse) via Divergence, the digital innovation lab of Marlabs, to collaborate on the development of Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR and AR) product and services.
The Glimpse Group is comprised of multiple VR and AR software & services companies, and is designed with the specific purpose of cultivating entrepreneurs in the VR/AR industry.
Divergence Labs and Glimpse will jointly implement next-gen VR and AR solutions for enterprises across different industry verticals. Divergence Labs will also provide a platform for Glimpse’s VR and AR companies to showcase their innovations and access a wider customer network and industry base.
